Our Creative Movement and Preballet classes are taught in an engaging and loving atmosphere emphasizing creativity and individuality, while introducing proper dance etiquette. Children will learn coordination, flexibility, rhythm, and self-confidence through imagination and story-telling. Basic ballet steps and vocabulary will be introduced, along with simple classical ballet history. All A-Level Preballet classes will participate in our annual spring recital in May. Additionally, students in Levels A-II and A-III are invited to perform in The Nutcracker: Land of Sweets in December. Class sizes are limited to 8 students.
At the Children’s School, we believe all children deserve a peaceful atmosphere to learn and grow in. We strive to instill self-worth and respect for oneself and for others. We enjoy watching our tiniest artists explore their own movement potential and consider it a privilege to nurture their wonder and creative expression as they begin their dance training journey.
Hand-in-Hand
Creative Movement class for tiny dancers
Ages
2 & 3 years old with favorite adult caregiver.
Adult caregiver participation required.
Class Offering
Saturdays 9:00 - 9:45am
Class Attire
Comfortable clothing you can move in.
Suggested: leggings, tshirts, tank tops, leotard, tights, ballet skirts, etc.
Socks, bare feet, or ballet shoes. Please pull longer hair out of face and eyes.

No registration fee for our Hand-in-Hand tiny dancers!
